Presidents

All Aboard the Meme Express – Monday, February 16, 2009

Today is President’s Day in the United States. Schools are closed in many states for this national holiday. No mail will be delivered. Parking meters must still be fed, at least in most American cities.

Today’s Meme Express prompt is simple:

presidents

Whatever your nationality, and wherever you call home, you might compose a blog prompt about presidents today.

Who is the president of your country or your company?

Who is your favorite president from history?

Who was the best president ever? Why?

Who was the worst? Why?

What would you do, if you could become president for a day?

Who do you think would be the best president ever?

Have you ever met a president in person?

If you could speak with your nation’s president for five minutes, what would you say?

Perhaps this concept will inspire you to create a drawing, a poem, a short story, or a journal entry. Then return here to leave a comment with your link. (Be sure to include a link to the Meme Express. Grab our train graphic from the sidebar for your link, if you want.)

Feel free to bookmark it for future reference!

Of course, if this prompt seems to stump you, feel free to peruse the archives of the Meme Express and publish a blog post on an earlier prompt.
