Russian-American actor Yul Brynner was born on July 11, 1915. Yul Brynner may be best remembered as the King of Siam in the 1956 motion picture The King and I. Yul Brynner starred opposite actress Deborah Kerr. Yul Brynner also starred in the Broadway musical in 1951, as well as the 1985 revival.
